YOUR DATA
Privacy notice.
This notice describes the current development preview. Updated 4 November 2026.
Who is responsible?
KueTech Digital e.U., Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Wien, Austria, is responsible for personal data processed by this website. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests. Full operator details are in the legal notice.
Visiting the website
Your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, time of request and browser details to deliver and protect the site. Hosting is provided through IONOS, with Cloudflare handling traffic delivery and security. We process this information for our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website and investigating errors or abuse.
The application does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Fonts and site artwork are served with the website. Infrastructure providers may process technical data under their own service arrangements; see IONOS privacy information and Cloudflare privacy information. Depending on the provider and service, processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under applicable transfer safeguards.
Accounts and cookies
The free download does not require an account. If you create an email account, we store your display name, email address, verification status and a one-way password hash. We do not store your plaintext password. When provider sign-in is available, the selected provider supplies your account identifier and available profile details, such as name, email and profile image. Essential sign-in cookies maintain your session and protect the authentication flow for up to 30 days. Password changes and resets invalidate existing sessions.
We do not receive your provider password. Account processing supports the service you request and security of your account. Using a different provider does not automatically link accounts by matching email addresses.
Verification and password-recovery emails are delivered through Resend. The service receives the destination email address and the contents needed to deliver the message. These account emails are not marketing subscriptions; open and click tracking are not enabled for them. See Resend’s privacy information.
Verification links expire after 24 hours, and password-reset links after 30 minutes. Each link can be used once. We store a digest of the token, rather than the usable link, and limited security counters to restrict repeated attempts. Expired tokens and counters are removed during subsequent account activity.
Support and guide delivery
If you email us, we receive the contact information and contents you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request, resolve issues and retain any records needed for legal obligations or disputes. Do not send passwords, payment card details or private guide strings.
Restricted guide exports record the account, guide version, issue time and an opaque copy reference to manage delivery limits and investigate unauthorised sharing. The reference contains no readable email or account name. Sales are currently closed; public payment collection is not available.
The offline addon
The addon stores its settings, imported guides and character progress locally through the game’s saved-variable system. It does not send telemetry to this website or request a website login. The optional diagnostic report is displayed locally for you to review and copy; it is not uploaded automatically.
How long data is kept
We keep data for the purpose for which it was collected: account records while needed to provide access, security records while needed to investigate operational incidents or abuse, and correspondence while needed to resolve the request. Legal recordkeeping duties and unresolved disputes may require longer retention. Backups can retain older copies until they are replaced or removed. You can contact us about the records associated with your account and their retention.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or the competent authority where you live. See the European Commission’s explanation of individual data rights.
